The happy dance posts that come a day or two after they have bullied someone off the board are also pretty disturbing. I recall one after Dee and Vicki left where one of them actually posted 2 gone 1 to go and the rest chimed in. It was not a direct response to the thread. It was more of a general post a couple of days later thanking him for his contributions to the board. When it came out my first thought was that his most recent contribution was one bashing protein shakes, Wendell, and I think some other guy named Brock.

Just click on the link in the email that says unsubscribe. If you respond a few times in a thread sometimes you get subscribed to it.

I think some posts can be passive aggressive as well so as not to make there intent so obvious to everyone on the board. Or maybe it just appears that way to me. I remember a thread where Ron was particularly obnoxious with one of his protein shake rants and of course comments on Wendells weight loss. A few days after the thread there was a post by Chelle thanking Ron for his wonderful contributions to the board.

Did you see on the other thread where Wendell endorced you posting the PM from Sandy?

I'm a Dr. Gary Korus follower. I choose to take my direction in medical matters from someone who has gone to medical school and has a license. I agree with WASa. There are alot of folks joining us lately that typically hang out on OH. I don't think that anybody has been attacked here. I think we debate things pretty logically.

Some of those sound really good. Thanks for posting that. I have never been a big beef or red meat eater and am much less of one since getting the band. I found a great lentil soup recipe on Andrew Weils site. Dr. Weil Article I should have cut it in half though. I had to freeze a bunch of it. The only thing that I changed was to add garlic. Garlic makes everything better! Lentil's are cheap too.

Serena, I am so so sorry for the horrible pain you have felt. I hope that being a part of the community on LBT has brought you some comfort. I hope that you will see the meaning in your life. I recently went through some personal tragedy and found some comfort by reading Deepak Chopra.

The state boards are nice too. From what I have seen most of the bullshit is on the Lapband and DS boards.

Thank you Lauren! It was obvious to everyone and though I didn't see any PM's from Dee to Nancy, I did see posts from Nancy that kept asking Dee to email her so that she could check her IP address. It was a sport for them. I know it and they know it.

Let's not forget her rny causes cancer posts. She has no publications in peer reviewed journals. I do, but she questioned me being a cancer researcher on OH because I disputed her claim and posted literature that showed it was incorrect.

We all know that that was not totally unprovoked. You decided to make a big ass deal by tracking her IP address and making a post about it on OH. You knew her history, you knew what she was like, but you chose to poke a stick at the hornet's nest anyway. What she did was totally unacceptable, but also totally preventable had you not provoked someone that you knew was a powder keg. Or to say it another way if you had treated her as you had just posted about here.

I guess this would apply to people like Dee as well too right?

Hey maybe if she reads this thread she can comment on that.
