I was banded almost two years ago and have struggled with gas pain ever since Sometimes I find at night it is hard to sleep and feel like I can burp the alphabet if I needed to? The pain I have seems to not be in the stomach but more so inbetween the should blades and inbetween the top of my rib cage. Gas pills do not work......... Does anyone have the same issues? Any suggestions to assist with the pain?

Hi! I have been subject to this type of negativity with a few really close friends. And sadly, they are no longer close to me. Try to talk to the person and explain your side but do not be surprised if they do not understand. You need to look out for you and your new life Good luck and if you ever need anyone to vent to. Banded Bob, Thank you for this post I do drink, and understand living a lifestyle and have reached my weightloss goal (I still have 10 pds to go) I do not deprive myself.......and believe everything in moderation How I did it....... When I knew I would be drinking (which sometimes would be 3-4 times a week, depending on work and events)........ I would eat ONLY Protein and Vegetables For alcohol, I usually stick to wine or spritzers (half wine, half diet 7up), occasionally I will have a molson 67, but try to stay way from beer I just always made sure I ate healthy and then drank what I wanted too! Not saying this is for everyone, but it is what I have had most success with. If you ever need to talk, let me know! I have lost almost 90 pounds and still enjoy life Caroline

Your arms look absolutley great! I have been looking into this procedure as well. My arms seem to make me look so muchbigger and are in needof a tune up! Do you have any additional pictures of how they look now? How is the scarring healing? This is the only thing I am worried about Look forward to seeing more of your amazing results.
