  1. It is pressure I guess, it is better today. Doc said it may still be swelling from surgery. We will see in a few days I suppose. Thanks for the replies!
  2. O, hey I got it on here! Amazing. =)
  3. I am 9 days post op and I have only lost 5 pounds? I am on clear liquids and protein drinks. Seems like the scale is moving slowly and when I went for my post-op appointment the Doctor told me that I did not lose much weight. I thought I would be losing more, I am hardly taking in anything! One last question, how do you get the ticker on here?

You are allowed to eat appplesauce?? I am 9 days psot op and I was told nothing but liquids. Are you still on a liquid only diet? Oh and steri strips, I am with you on that one. I started this journey at 220 and surgery day I was 205 and I am now 200. What are you "drinking"?
  5. I am taking very small sips and I wait about a minute before I take another, I do not think there is any fill in it.
  6. I am 9 days out from surgery and I know am having pain in the middle of my chest when I drink anything (still on liquid diet). I have only had protein drinks, water, broth, and water with crystal light in it. It feels like I have a burp in there, nothing comes out and it takes hours to pass. Any ideas? Nothing could be stuck cause I have not had anything but liquids....right?:rolleyes2:

  8. Thank you, I am 9 days out now and feeling pretty good. Just having some weird feeling in my chest when I drink anything, like I have a burp, but it takes several hours to go away....not sure what it is. Any ideas?
  9. I was banded yesterday and when someone said they felt like a semi had run them over I now know what you meant. I only feel like the semi hit me and drug me along for awhile. Does anyone know when the pain will stop? Any helpful hints? I can't find a comfortable way to sit/lay anything, any suggestions? :rolleyes2:
