  2. To see if you have broken your pouch or if your pouch still works. http://www.5daypouchtest.com/
  3. That was strange lol Anyway Breakfast: 1 Special K chocolate shake Snack: 1 Special K Chocolate Shake (was 30 min prior to going to exercise) lunch 1 Campbells Creamy Tomato Parmesan Bisque and so far so good. It's 3:50 and I am just a little hungry. I have had Crystal Light Tea and Fruit punch and getting ready to fix another bottle of Water for the ride home. I did have 3 cups of coffee with sweet and low and vanilla caramel creamer, not sure if that is allowed but didn't really think about it until after I drank it. Here's hoping to get back on track : ) Hope everyone has a great afternoon.

  9. Thank you. I looked up the 5 day pouch test and I am going to try it. Hopefully this will put me back in the direction I need to be.
  10. Thank you all for the advice. I am going to start keeping track of everything.
  11. Thank you. I will try that. I don't have a smart phone, but looking to get one soon.
  12. I was banded on 4/7/10 and have lost 30/35 pounds post op. However, I have not lost any weight since then. Matter of fact, on my last visit 2/17/11 for a fill I gained 4 pounds from last visit which was in Nov. I have 7.5cc's in a 10cc band. I don't know what to do. I was wondering if I should follow the weight watchers plan or just count calories. If I count calories, how do I know how many calories I should be eating? Kinda stuck on what I should be eating and how much. I am starting to feel like a failure and I really want to turn this around and make it work. I have NEVER had any stuck issues or throwing up issues and I haven't even had any of the foamy issues that I have read about. At dinner, I eat until I get that feeling - oh man I can't eat another bite. How would I know if I stretched out the pouch above the band. Thanks for listening

  14. why? I haven't had ANY trouble - knock on wood.
  15. I can't answer your question - but I want to say congratulations on your success so far. I was banded on 4/7 as well and I won't get my first fill until 5/28. I am not having much luck losing right now. I have only lost 18 pounds and that was during the first 2 weeks. I sure what like to know what you are doing and what you are eating. Keep up the great work.
  16. I am sorry, but I can't switch you. I live in Mechanicsville, MD and that is over an hour away. Where do you live? I am going to call and confirm my appt and see what they say.
  17. I go to the office in Woodbridge, VA. Dr. Mahtemework was my surgeon as well. I have an appt on 5/28 at 11am for my first fill. I wonder what in the world is going on? I really hope this wasn't a big mistake.
