  1. yep, most definitely, you feel more energetic, you feel happy because you're losing weight so you want to express it in every way possible....plus you start doing exercise and exercise makes you want to have more sex.....so go for it and enjoy!!!:smile2:

  3. if you think you can do it on your and lose weight, then don't go with it.....but if it's been really really difficult and you want a lifechanging experience and want to lose weigh for sure, then go ahead. you'll definitely won't regret it.....it has been the best thing i've done that's for sure.:smile2:

  7. have you tried meat with vegetable in soup? it's really good and healthy....plus try some shredded meat with some tomatoe and onion in a whole wheat tortilla, it's called machaca taco. they're really good, and you can add some beans as well. if you need the recipe, just ask - i'll gladly give it to you.:thumbup:goodluck

  9. i start cleaning my house, i do the laundry and stuff.....plus i go to the gym which keeps me from not doing anything and wanting to eat. when i want to relax, i read and that helps me too. try it, you´ll notice the difference.:redface:

  21. i went to work after a week, i would've loved 10 days or a bit more, but i couldn't leave work so many days. so if you have the opportunity, go ahead and take 10 days or more. goodluck.:thumbdown:
  22. in my gym we divide two days for weightlifting, two days kickboxing and one day for dancing - it's a class called zumba........so you don't get bored and you workout without even noticing. i really recommend it!!! goodluck:thumbup:
