I have struggled with my weight my entire life and was very excited when I found out that my insurance would pay for lapband. I haven't been banded very long but I am enjoying the weight loss so far. I was scared prior to having my surgery because I really wasn't sure what to expect, but this has been the best thing I have ever done for myself.
