LBT Court I figured you folks could use a new place to drink because you’ve worn your jokes to the bone and back. I could set some ground rules but I'm not sure anyone would follow them since there's a huge lack of that rule following' round yonder. This is the case of Lisa vs. Susan. The rules are simple: 1. State only true and undeniable facts 2. Provide exhibits (that means show us the thread) 2. Leave out emotions, name-calling and sarcasm 3. If you are not a direct party to the case, go start your own P'Nut Gallery thread for comments, cheese and drinking so those of us with analytical minds can enjoy the board along with you. Lisa: I bring before the board your basic case of stalking and harassment, which began soon after Susan and her Dawg joined LBT. They became quick pen pals, but when Lisa notice Susan and Dawg had the whole board heated up, she decided to stop responding to Susan's e-mails. Soon Susan pleaded for an explanation, so Lisa sent a respectable response that she'd been involved in enough LBT heat in the past and would prefer to remain out of it, which hurt Susan's feelings. Susan then cut and pasted private e-mails for the whole board to see while clicking on Lisa's profile and following her to every thread with sarcastic comments just to "stir the pot." Other members, along with Lisa, made numerous responses asking first, then begging, then telling her to stop, but she did not. Lisa sent PMs to moderators asking they "moderate" by asking Susan to stop interfering in otherwise friendly threads just to instigate ugliness and arguments. Moderators did not stop Susan's stalking, so Lisa shut down her DeLarla account and left LBT. During Lisa's absence of over a month, many LBT friends remained in contact, and some began contacting Lisa to say that Susan refused to stop verbal attacks against my name, even months after Lisa was gone. Susan attached herself to a sick fascination with Lisa that would not permit her to refrain from continued harassment. Lisa's mother was severely ill, she purchased a business, then her best friend passed away, at which point she took it to the Tarot, who said, "Don't let anyone get in your way of the fight, you must prove a point, if not for yourself, than for the sake of a social group." Good enough for Lisa, but since DeLarla was shut down, she was forced to open Lisa Bones. NOTE - LISA ANNOUNCED TO THE BOARD AND THE OWNER OF THIS NEW TRANSACTION. Other than when Moderator Penni and Lisa came up with BigChix, Lisa has never opened any other accounts other than DeLarla and Lisa Bones, which were both unjustly suspended. Lisa has been wrongly accused of multiple screen names, yet no evidence from the accusers can be produced. Meanwhile, Lisa knows the owner of the board realizes Psusan is a real person that is not Lisa, and No.one is another separate person that is also not Lisa, nor is No.one Psusan. Anyone able to keep up? Susan takes the immediate opportunity to continue lurking, stalking, harassing and bringing ugliness into every single thread or post that mentions DeLarla and Lisa Bones. Claws come out, clueless members who "think" they understand make ridiculous assumptions, and everyone starts drinking in front of the newbies. Lisa then sends Susan a very stern and mighty ugly PM telling her to BACK THE F OFF, OR ELSE. After Susan reported said threatening e-mail, she then posted it to the entire board but then deleted it because she's very confused. All the while Susan cries and wails and whines that she's being attacked. All the while Susan's friends coddle and support her wacky efforts to have Lisa ousted from LBT. Susan is very jealous and wants to be the top poster, but Lisa must be gone first. Lisa asks more times than Lisa can count for anybody with any level of intelligence to explain why Susan stalks me. Lisa proves with FACTUAL EVIDENCE that Susan is the one starting every single problem associated with Lisa's name, yet not one shred of factual evidence can be produced. In closing, after working in a law firm the past decade, it's no secret why Susan or her friends and allies cannot produce evidence that Lisa is the problem. Instead they use diversion tactics, which apparently allows them to sleep better. Now let's see if Susan will grace us with her lovely presence and her drinking entourage. CAN YOU PEOPLE PLAY MY GAME FAIRLY BY THE RULES? Something tells me you can't. Susan:

We have all notified the moderators, and I initially started by being more civil than she deserved me to be, but even after sending her PMs telling her to STAY AWAY FROM ME FOR THE SAKE OF LBT she continues to get sick thrills chasing me around, antagonizing me, pouncing on my threads the second I write two words. It's not normal behavior, and the law doesn't tolerate it on the streets, so why should I stand back and tolerate it on a message board that I've belonged to for so many years? Why should I continue to be the one to walk away? Why do I have to play games like, "I'm really leaving this time" only to be drawn back after she and her cohorts continue use my name? Why are they so fascinated with me that they can't avoid me? Read your own words, "I do know that if I felt persecuted I would eventually fight back." You all do not know the entire story but if you stopped adding to the drama and took some time putting a few facts together, the problem is clear as Water. And as far as accusations of multiple screen names, I happen to know more people than I can count at LBT with multiple screen names that haven't been band while I'm being accused of being No.Name, PSusan and others? And for people to see right through the Dawg and PhotoNut tag team as being separate entities while they play off each other to attack other singles? Check the facts, and then get back to us. Anyone that wants to be friends with the likes of a common street predator needs to stay away from people that don't want to be stalked, whether in person or in a public message board. Why don't those of you who claim to be so smart and supperior go retrace her every move at LBT and finally realize that if ONE person stops, others won't need a defense?

Car washing really is good exercise though, but so is walking those poor locked up Pit Bulls at the local shelters. There are as many as 60% Pit Bulls in our local shelters at one time that have been forced to fight or breed and then dumped. I don't have enough spoons.

So wise. I guess the best thing to do is call my team and let them know I'm only able to contribute financially for now. After the huge 1994 Northridge earthquake, a neighbor came by to show me her trunk loaded with boxes of food. She said to, "Hurry to the donation center and get your free food while it lasts!" I was disgusted with her because she I got off lucky with minimal damage. The only charity either of us needed was fresh Water. We watched our neighbors' homes burn to the ground with everything they ever owned. By the time the weakest ones even had a chance to think about food, it was all gone by greedy grabbing hands. I haven't been able to donate to a food bank since.

I did quit my job, it's my other business that just started this really great organization. Needy women have to apply and show good cause why they need funds to rekindle their spirit and get their lives back on track so I know money will go directly to a really great cause. I've already contributed financially by adding extra money to my order, which I'll do each time I place an order. However, the reason I quit my corporate job is to get grounded, healthy and caught up with life. My time at my F/T job is wasted when there's so much to do at home, hence my existence at LBT. So now I'll finally have time, after 2 decades, to catch up with life, yet we're talking about things like car washes and other fund raisers? I haven't washed my own car yet! I don't want to sound harsh, and perhaps I'm being too selfish with my new leisure time? But it's not leisure time - it's time to build my new business and paint my house! Ask Vinesqueen about my boring white walls, they've been screaming for years. But in the team spirit... But I'm mentally tapped out... but all other women are so excited about it... They aren't pressuring as in, "Do this or else," it's just that everyone is making a huge deal of it trying to get on TV, in magazines, etc. It's been in the working a long time and finally surfaced. I'm not saying I don't believe in this particular charity, but it's certainly not my number one choice by far, so it feels like it's another thing on my pile to do that won't go away.

How would you feel if your company started a new charitable organization and was counting on all employees to do fundraisers, added a special place on timecards for you to fill in how much you want to give each pay period, was going totally public with it and having committee meetings to make decisions and plan for the growth of the new charitable organization? What if you’re not particularly interested in this type of charity, or if you already give more than generously to charities that you’ve believed in? Do you just, “Go with it?” Or do you decide not to attend and/or participate when everyone else is so gung-ho about it all?
