went to the doctor today..... .4cc in the band today, at 10.9.... feeling good, liquids today... but its all good

I feel so lucky to have my band.... I thank her EVERYDAY for giving me back to me... I had lost her for a while.. she back now..

last night i got in a few miles on the bike.... yeah me!! will do more tonight. Starting the 30day ab challenge.

Going for a fill in 45 min. last one was June 13th. Able to eat way too much and i have gained 5lbs... I'm going to get him to check me for a leak... Lets see how this goes...

do you think being told..... Your getting to thin is a BAD thing? Even though i have put on 5lbs... i'm still being told... i'm too thin. I don't understand this... no one said i was too thing when i was in my twenties and weighted 100lbs...
