  9. I drink two 16 oz Protein shakes per day. I use the 100% natural whey protein from BuyBulkWhey.com. It has No artificial flavors, No artificial colors, No artificial sweeteners and No MSG. The powder has NO taste to me. So it so easy to add any flavoring to my homemade smoothies. Here is my sample recipe: 2 scoops of pure whey protein 2 cups of soy milk (any flavor) 1 cups of strawberries (or any fruits) 3 packets of Truvia sweetner

  19. Hey Jldchester, Congratulation on your 6 pounds!! Things are going a little slow for me...(bad eating habits ) I will getting another fill next week. I heard from another thread that on a 14cc band the average person hits the sweet spot at 11 to 11.5cc. What do you think?
  20. http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f13/how-many-ccs-restriction-14cc-52373/index13.html This is great thread to check out. I have 10.8 cc in my 14 cc band, so every one is different. I feel real good, but still I have control myself at the dinner table. I will getting another fill next week. I hope I will hit the sweet spot at 11 cc.
  21. DaChanginQueen, I so agree with you. Slow and steady wins the race. I was 409.81 when I had the surgery. Now I am at 355 !! With the band, it is all about lifestyle change. Unlike with the bypass, I still can have my carbs (from time to time) and don't get sick . :tt2:
