Feeling Sexy today. -
My doctor is conservative with fills, so far I had 14 fills with a total of 13.00 cc's in my 14 cc band. I lost 73 lbs with the band and I would not change a thing!!

<br /><br /><br /> I go to Real Results (True Results) in Atlanta, GA. Back in 2009, my surgeon was Dr. Christopher Hart. My experience has been great with them. They are very informative and they handle my insurance with ease. My only thing is that they are not aggressive with my fills , but that is not a bad thing. You body need to adjust with your fills slowly to avoid slippage. -
I agree, I think Pizza has stretched my pouch. I am going back to the 5 Day Pouch Test.

I take Biotin everyday along with Fish Oil. It seems to help me out.

In the Mornings I hardly eat until around 11 am. But around 7 pm I can eat anything. For example 12' (yes 12') Subway Veggie Delight Sandwich or a hugh Gyro Wrap with lots of veggies. -

I am in the same boat, Jen36. I started increasing my fiber intake (Cherrios, oatmeal etc. ). Also, my doctor recommended me a B3 Vitamin called Niacin. I been taking for 2 months now, and I went down 11 points. -
