My starting weight was 246.8 and I am 143.3 now. I am below goal wieght and would like to gain a little back... I have done really well and was at goal in about 8 months. My total weight loss is 104.0

Allena, I was just looking through your pictures, first off you look great but I couldn't help but notice how the smile is 10x bigger on your face than it was in your starting pictures! Congrats Allena!

you look....after 4 years of thinking about it and finding the right resources its been hard. I have been big since I was 16 and also had my first. but after the 3rd one that blew me up....Now I am waiting to be re-born again.

Ok it is March and I have decided that I don't want to lose any more weight I am a size 9 and weigh 157. This has been a very easy journey and I would not trade it for the world. If any of you are out there thinking about doing this stop thinking and do it... It will save some of your life and give some of you new lifes... This is not the cure all and end all you will still have to have self control and will power but alot less of it. I love being able to wear normal clothes and not be tied down to three fat stores that you can shop at.... So if you are thinking about it take the next step and change your life...

Yes you look really great & you've worked really hard to lose that much in such a short time & it shows!! Way to go!! Take care!!

Hello I have been banded since July 29th and I am at my goal I have lost 89Lbs and am very happy with where I am at. Everyone loses weight at different paces and you shouldn't measure what you have lost to everyone else because we are all different. I do alot of walking and cardio and I have never had problems losing weight I have problems keeping it off. So good luck with your journey.
