First, Congratulations on your weight loss! You look AMAZING! As a newly banded woman, I need a lot of advise and reassurance. I had lap band surgery 24 days ago and am getting discouraged fast! Initially, I lost 13 lbs (7days post-op) and have not lost more than 1 lb since. What was your experience after first being band? Did you consistently loose weight? Where you able to keep to eating 4oz of food per meal and two snacks? I have not been successful in eating only 4oz of, say chicken or fish. I am always hungry for more. I am getting a fill for the first time on May 7th - the earliest my doctor said i can be get a fill after surgery. I am so eager to hear about your experience. Would you kindly share your journey?
