Littlehouse

I have not been overweight my entire life, but I have struggled with my weight for the past 12 years and have consistently been gaining weight every year. I have tried every diet, hypnosis, psychotherapy, yoga, exercise camps, you name it I did it.  When several of my friends and co-workers were banned, I saw how it changed their lives for the better and thought, "this is for me".  It has been a 7 month process, but the day finally came and I am now 6 days post-op. I lost about 12 lbs. already - drinking lots of clear liquids and walking.  I am so excited to make this weight loss journey a wonderful, life-long process.
