  1. Congrats Lemon. I bet you are excited. I got banded by Dr. Chappano at St. Vincents but I have heard good things about Dr. Baptista. Good luck girl!
  2. I have posted on here before but I took some new pics today so I figured I would post again....
  3. I would ask my surgeon about doing the liquid diet every other month if it were me. The liquid diet is because after surgery your stomach is healing and cant tolerate food yet, however after you go to solid foods you are supposed to kind of stay away from liquidy stuff like yogurt, ice cream, broth, etc. for the most part. Thats what my surgeon says at least. Of course there is the exception to that like if you PB or get a fill sometimes you can do liquids for a day or something. But yeah ask your surgeon and see what he thinks about that. Good luck!
  4. I am from Jacksonville and was banded February of 08 by Dr. Chappano at St. Vincents. If anybody has any questions or just wants to chat just message me.
  5. Hey guys! I am from Jacksonville....Orange Park actually. I was banded February of 08 by Dr. Chappano at St. Vincents. He is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody. If anybody has any questions or would like to be friends hit me up. I don't really know anybody else that has been banded from around here.
  6. Congratulations! You are doing awesome. Keep up the good work.
  7. I am not sure if I am doing this right but here goes. I was banded on February 4 2008 and I have lost over 200 lbs, however some was before surgery.
