Whew Tracy! and I thought our Christmas schedule was packed! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas cookies... yum yum We are getting ready to take josh and dustin home to their moms....... then we have to go to the grocery which mean walmart supercenter hell! Judy: loved the pics and the socks

We got a total of 3 inches on top of the ice from last week... makes it really pretty and gives the boys something to do outside.. the problem is they get cold and come back inside fighting....... I'm about at my wits end today with all the selfish spoiled stupid fighting........ and this house is a complete disaster which stresses me out and makes me grumpy..... I get extremely bitchy when I'm the only one who cares about the mess and then I end up being the one that cleans for 6 people.. and don't get me started on the laundry... yeah I'm grumpy because I just finished giving them a lecture on being selfish and spoiled.. and the 7 year old just rolled his eyes (this is the one that routinely throws himself on the ground and flops around yelling at the top of his lungs.. even in public) so.. as you can imagine the eye rolling just about sent me over the edge......... I am so tired of yelling I am sooooooooooo very tired of their disrespectful attitudes.. (Last night they laughed at their father when he was disiplining them) so at 9p.m. on a saturday we all went to bed... it wasn't until he forced them into their rooms to bed that they got a clue......... SORRY FOR THE VENT but I'm about ready to lose my patience.......... Kat: I swear you need to write a book! Denise: I LOVED THE PIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYONE: have a great rest of the day.. I have a pot of chili that needs my attention.

Yeah .... about 1.5 inches on the ground now.. and the boys have already been out in it once...... they are thawing out right now. Cody wimped out on the campout right in the middle of dinner last night he called saying he was sick.... (I KNEW HE WAS FAKING) and this morning he finally admitted it.... (its all ok he just needs to tell us upfront that he didn't want to camp in the snow.... now he wishes he would of stuck it out... I made two big dishes of enchilada's and a 7 layer dip .. so that is whats for lunch and dinner....... getting ready to get in the attic to find the stockings (I have been bad about decorating this year... the tree still doesn't have any ornaments on it (just lights) I have no less than 20 bins of Christmas stuff and I have BARELY ANYTHING UP and now Christmas is a week away!

Laura: Your observation about the girl at the hockey game really struck a chord with me...... I, like you have always had a very positive outlook and have always felt if not sexy.. outgoing and I never had a problem with friends or the opposite sex at any size....... it wasn't until my last regain that I was shrinking into a shell........ (hence the BEFORE me) I was miserable and hurting.... now I just feel that I've got my Tracy back..... I commend you for being YOU! our resident young sassy sexy tall out spoken Laura.... I put together a platter of fudge and pb balls for my lawyer and her assistant today. I delivered it and they were shocked.. I wanted to thank them for all their help...... Ok.. my phone is ringing........

Diane: Did you decide??? Also, I wanted to thank you for enlightening my bud "B" that I had with me at the meeting..... She had never heard of the seroma and a few minutes ago she emailed me saying that her doc had just removed 550cc's of fluid from it! WOW!!!!!! she says she feels much better, and to thank you.

OK... the jeans and one of my son at the christmas luncheon yesterday.. in the background is a coworker friend that doesn't know I've been banded and chided me about no salad! OK...I look like crap.. ala the real me!

HOLY CRAP NSV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just tried on a size 10 (stretch) but never worn jeans.. I tried them on 3 weeks ago and couldn't get them buttoned.... guess what?????????????? THEY ARE BUTTONED! (I can't really breathe, but you ALL KNOW MY THEORY ON THAT!!!!!! Shakeit shakeit shakeit! (and I've been bouncing stuck between 204 and 210 for two months now!!!!!!!! )

I LOVE the pic Laura!!!!!!!!! Also........... I got cards from Michelle Gina SuzieCat Kat......... all in today's mail! WOW... I loved every single one of the them, I've been putting them up as I get them.. Loved Kat's letter too! OK the soup....... (I kind of threw it together but here it goes) 1 pound of ground beef browned and put in crock pot Peeled and cut up potatoes (I think I had 8 small ones) 1/2 a red onion cut up 1 stick of butter (I add butter to everything, could be left out) Milk (again I just poured til I thought it was enough) 2-3 cups 1 block of velveta cheese 1 cup of water Simmer on low for 6-8 hours (until potatoes are done) NOT Lowfat! but oh so good and very filling.

Afternoon Vi's! I am trying to decide if I am too tight or not......... not throwing up liquids unless I try to chug a lug them.... I need to sllllllloooooooooooowwwwwwwww down. Laura: I agree with Michelle.. don't respond,, most likely she is an uhappy person on the inside and doesn't know to be otherwise, also.. holidays are stressful on a lot of people so know that although it seems like a personal attack.. it's not really aimed at you... (It has taken me a long time and many tears shed in my office to learn that particular fact) If she calls you on the phone and you are faced with an actually conversation.... difuse it by saying OK Ms. ____ what do you want me to do? Most likely this will stump her... and if she is completely disrspectfull and tells you to go jump off a ship (or something mean spirited) politely tell her that you will take it under advisement, and politely end the call.. For dinner, I made a cheesy potatoe/hamburgery and onion soup in the crockpot.... fixing some biscuits for the guys to eat with it.. (it is delicious). Time to get out of here....... have a great evening!

Good morning............ our power went out yesterday and my son's daycare closed.............. then I took the boys to McDonalds (along with all the other power outage people) then we loaded up the truck and went to my sisters for the night, but ... about 7:00 the power came back on so we went home to sleep in our own beds......... then his daycare called and closed for today!!!!!!!!!!! arrrrrrrrrrrrrg.. today is the christmas lunch and I had to finish processing the payroll.. so he is here with me! I have him all dressed up so cute but it is still hard to keep him in check for the nuns (and my boss) but I am here.

I slid into work!!!!!!!!! Ice storm warning but I have payroll to do and the daycare opened JUST FOR ME so I came on in. I did take the opportunity to wear jeans and my sketchers! I put chicken catchetorie in the crock pot since all my boys loved it so the last time........... we lost power for most of the night and the better part of a HUGE mature tree in the back yard. LUCKILY it didn't seem to take any power lines down with it, and the shop seems to be undamaged......... gotta go! Have a great day!

Evening Vi's! I just spent $192.00 at CVS.com using up the remaining money left on my Flex Spending Account! Whoooohoooooo! Judy: I loved the pic of you and the bobster sent in the card! Laura: I would say you have full restriction right now..... some of the stuff you mentioned as your regular food (fruit leather & steak) are things I wouldn't even ATTEMPT! but that said.. I am still paying for the cold chicken quesidilla & wine incident.. my throat is just raw!... LESSONED LEARNED!

Just finished my lunch......... half of a large chili from Wendy's and I am stuffed!!!!!!!!!! YEAH restriction!

WOW KAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You deserve a nice hot cup of cocoa after that adventure! Glad everyone is OK and home. Well.. I didn't really suffer any scale damage after my weekend of eating..... was up a couple pounds but that is to be expected after all the sodium I had....... maybe if I'm a super good girl this week I can get down to 202 which would be officially 70 lbs...... It is amazing to me how weight can carry so differently....... B is 195, yet her jeans were size 18.... Here I am about 10 lbs higher and I wore 12's all weekend and she couldn't get over how slim I looked...... (I purposely wore a 2x sweatshirt when she arrived because I didn't know how much of a regain she'd had and I didn't want to 'flaunt' my sucess in front of her if it had been worse.......but then I got a load of her flat tt'd belly and I knew she wouldn't be depressed over me....... OK.. gotta go for now.. It we are supposed to get an ice storm tomorrow so I'm going to try and get the payroll done early just in case it does.

I'm back, I'm tired and I'm in pain right now............. OHHH I ate way too much crap and I drank wayyy to much and I ended up having reflux all night so my throat is sore........ the only "meal" I've tried to eat today didn't work either so I'm putting myself of straight liquids for two days.......... Had a GREAT GREAT GREAT weekend...... she was cussing me all weekend about the weather but I just told her that it was too damn bad she was here and I might just keep her for a while! I ended up chaufering her in her big ol Yukon... so we did fine ... the highway was closed a bit before the meeting but several people made it.. including Diane "theghost" and jtbulis who post on here all the time! Plus they had a lady who sells compression garments and after some discussion we actually gave her some ideas that she wrote down and will be taking back to production.... The ghost was wearing spanx and after seeing them B wanted some so we went to the mall and bought her some..... then out to eat... I had tortilla soup and picked at some of the stuff on her appetizer plate....... then to the hotel, our room was a suite with the most luxurious bedding............. we then went to the cheesecake factory... for dinner/dessert........ Tiramisu Cheesecake was my dinner... she is a RNY patient that does NOT dump....... well not until now 5 years after her surgery.. Cheesecake had her in cold sweats and jittery and coming out both ends........ cheesecake went down FINE for me! So........the funny thing that happened is that when we came out of the restraunt... the Yukon was totally blocked in by a bunch of horse drawn carriages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yup I parked in the WRONG place didn't see the little sign........ so a big Cinderella bubble carriage was blocking the way..... and she was sick........ So I started smoozing the drivers... and before too long they were talking about their daughters and being kind of flirty telling us they would be waiting for us to come back for a carriage ride! LOL.. .. short version they moved two of the rigs so we could pull out....... back to the hotel so B could recover...... we decide to take a cab down to the music hall where the Nutcracker is.. cabs were at a premium due to the weather....... so when ours finally came another couple tried to jump into it...... they got out looking bewildered but then I offered to share it with them... they were SHOCKED and thankfull.......... (they were from NYC and not used to having to call for a cab) LOL.. anyway they were so happy that they flipped us a $20.00 which paid for the ride and a nice tip........ Our cab driver was CRAZY!!!!!!! a bunch of traffic jams and he decides to put the cab in reverse and back a full city block AND turn the corner and backed us right to the front door of the Music Hall! CRAZY but we made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was aslo waiting for us when we got out of the show.. 4 other parties tried to steal him, but he waiting for us!............... so then the night was not over we hit the hotel bar.......... and Suzie you might appreciate this....... our bartender was one of the guys on that MORE & Better commercial........ you know the two guys... one has the shirt that says MORE and the other BETTER......... I was like......... so are you the guy on the commerical?????? he was....... so a glass of wine later I was giving him total shit! Told him that I always saw that commercial when I was at the gym on the treadmill at 4:00 a.m. and that they were too happy that early in the morning.... SO ANYWAY.. he was actually the night manager at the hotel and he gave us our drinks FOR FREE!!!!!!!! I was on a ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!! Two glasses of wine and half of B's my tie (sp) I WAS 3 sheets to the wind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so then dumbass me decides that a cold chicken quesidilla sounds oh so tasty!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! I was MISERABLE and then I had reflux ALL NIGHT LONG! which is why I'm showered and in my jammies and having soup for two days....................... B went home in the crappy weather but we promised each other that we would do this AT LEAST once a year from now on!
