To me being restricted enough feels like: I eat 2-3 oz. of protein and 1/4-1/2 cup of veggies and I feel full and am not hungry for 4 hrs. The cravings are gone. I am eating to be healthy not to be full. This is a new feeling for me, I have always wanted more, more, more. If you are getting stuck you may not be chewing enough. I was banded by Dr. Zapata in Monterrey Mexico who works with the Sanchez group....Ready4AChange.................my care was awesome....I have never met a doctor who cared like he did and the staff down there and in the US is wonderful..............Dr. Zapata has joined Dr. Sanchez recently.

My surgery date is set for July 6th, everything is moving fast but I figure it will give me much less time to worry and fret about it!!!! Anyone else going to be there then.........surgery is with the Dr. that is in with Dr. Sanchez.

have you gotten them in the US or have some of you gone to Mexico? I am 80 lbs overweight and don't know if anyone will do surgery on me in SD but I will tell you this, everytime I go on another diet I GAIN weight! I am sick of it!!!!!!!
