  1. I have Peanut Butter everyday but only 1 tablespoon right before bed. I think it keeps me from getting shaky in the am. My Nut has no problem with it.
  2. I was 335 the day of surgery and am now down to 246. My surgery was May 11th. I have lost 133 total so far
  3. I have a teaspoon of peanut butter everyday. It keeps me sane.
  4. I am 4 months out and can eat 2-3 ounces at a time.
  5. I am 4 months out and it started falling out bad 2 days ago!!! I get all my Protein so I thought I was going to be get by without it happening but it is not looking that way. GRRRR
  6. Hello, The first few days were not that bad. My chest hurt a lot but the meds controlled it. I was very sleepy but I was shocked at how well I felt really quickly. Best thing I have ever done Good luck!
  7. I am 3 months out and feel like I have lost my mind. I am very emotional and cranky. I went the other day for my 3 month check up and they said it is our body hormones are going nuts cause it does not get what is going on. I am hoping it goes away quick!

  9. It certainly is not easy. I think you may want to talk to a therepist about this. Sounds like you may still have some unresolved issues around food. Good luck!

  12. They gave me pills right after I woke up from surgery. I do not swallow pills whole so I wish they did not but they did!
  13. Hello, I have done really well in recovery and I do have reflux but take 20mg of prilosec so I thought that was under control. For the last few days everytime I drink and eat I feel pressure and a bit of pain. I am going to dr tomorrow anyway but wanted to see if anyone else is dealing with it.
  14. I am 4 weeks out and eat 1/4 cup. That is what my surgeon said to do. Maybe you should try to eat a bit less. If I eat more then that I get the throat feeling too. For the potty thing I used the Fleet bulb suppository and it worked great.
  15. I take one 20 mg in the am and one 20 mg in the evening
  16. I was sleeved May 11 and have not had true "Hunger" yet. I do take 40 mg omprezole because acid was an issue. My surgeon said that it could be because of acid you feel hungry.
  17. Full to me is when I get pressure in my chest and start making little noises. I try and stop before then but it happens sometimes
  18. I did because I am out for a few weeks (due to the job requirements) I did have time saved but not enough.
  19. I was sleeved May 11th. I can get my fluids and Protein in but really just had some creamed Soup today. I do not like Isopure but it is so high in protein so I mix it with Raspberry Ice to mask the taste.
  20. Anything warm has helped me. Water and even my fave crystal light is not going down easy.. Hope you feel better! I am sure in teh sme boat!
