  1. Hi! Im actually from Lexington,NC! I live in MO now and doing all of my pre and post out here then coming to NC to get the surgery done so my mom and take care of me!!!! I am going to raliegh and it was a quick process. They had my insurance back in just a few days. I chose to use a nutritionist and psy. person out of their people bc that is what takes so long and in the whole process it will be a month after I called the office because I have to wait till Im home for break. So maybe if you are not to far in the process you could go to raliegh since it is so close to greensboro. Good luck!
  2. Hi everyone! a chiropractor would also be a great idea for the back pain...... gas is def. one of the problems! but keeping your spine and nervous system working at optimal level keeps that back pain gone. AND keep your body workin to keep that weight falling off! And you can discuss with your chiro that you had surgery so that he can make arrangements to do different things. SOmeone said they couldnt go to the chiro after surgery bc of the twisting. They have ways to get around the twisting and popping to help with the pain. Let me know if anyone would like some exersise tips! And get a chiropractor!!!!!
  3. Hi! I have not been banded yet but will be at the end of this month! As far as the back pain goes Ive read that gas for sure can be a problem. BUT also your body is changing at a rapid pace. Your body has been carrying that weight around and it is very hard on your spine now you are causing rapid changes. I sugest getting a chiropractor! ( not only because I am one!) They revolve around health wellness and keeping your body and optimum health level. Keeping your body and spine functioning and your nervous system fuctioning to heal from the surgery and keep your weightloss happening as quick as possible! if you have any other questions about it just let me know. Or if you want to discuss certain symtoms you have going on i would be glad to help anyway I can !!!!!
