That was a long stay. I was in for 5 nights but that was because I had a complication. Glad you are ok. Were you able to get someone to pick you up and drive you home?

Reflux
Erosion
Poor diet
Oesophageal failure
My surgeon told me that the average life span is approx 10 years. That eventually they all fail or cause issues. One of the disturbing things they are finding is the increase in oesophageal failure caused by the oesophagus having to work so hard to push food through. Also years of reflux can lead to cancer.

I have no knowledge of Contrave but having to take that many pills on a daily basis sounds like a heck of a lot. Have you seen a food psychologist? It would be better if possible to know why you are eating and develop strategies to cope with it.
Hope you do manage to find a solution that works for you in the long term .

12 year olds don’t buy and cook their own food. If they have severe weight issues it is usually ( but not always) the fault of the parents.
A whole family focused solution that focuses on shopping habits, food preparation and healthy habits such as exercise should be used before any form of surgery is considered.

Probably the watermelon.
Late dumping which is what this appears to be is usually caused by low blood sugar - so your bs would have spiked and then dropped. The best thing to do is to try and get your bs back up the same as a diabetic would. You may need to have a small glass of juice ( even though it sounds wrong) or a glass of milk. Then follow it up with Protein and or a low GI carb.
When I have early dumping I try to drink my way through it. I find the more Water I have the better as it seems to flush it through quicker.

A couple of recent outfits. Black and green floral for coffee with a friend and shopping.
Vintage floral off to lunch today, thought I would channel my 1950s housewife and navy spotted top with pants I was twinning with my husband!
Am loving everyone's pics, so much inspiration, everyone looks amazing.
The only thing I don't love are my wrinkles and saggy neck. I cant hide those under clothes!

So what are you guys doing with your new found weight loss. New experiences, new obstacles overcome? This is what i did. Climbed a cliff in Bermuda, swam with a Dolphin. And tomorrow I go parasailing. All things I never did when I was heavy!!!
