Hello horizontravel, Congrats on your banding! I am just starting the journey so by the time I go for my band, you will be an expert by then. :>) I pray the next few weeks will go very smoothly for you. yes I'm much better. But stiff as hell. I"m a barber and its me much longer to get done now. but i feel better every day. i sleep on my back too.

hello friends! I'm 3 days post oop. I have been a lot and pain the 1st 2 days. but better 2day. it hurt like hell.
