  1. Your life is not over. God allowed you to concieve that baby. You just have to deal with it. The good news is that you dont have to remove the band while you are pregnant all you have to do is remove the liquids. Your life is not over.

  4. Since The third week of novemeber I have been able to eat alot. At first I was restrickted and could not eat first thing in the am now I am hungry all the time I am eating everything like cookies and cheese nip ( i know not good) I think its time for another fill. but i am scared last time i thought it was time and they ended up taking out what they had put in scary but i have to get this weight off and i have no motivation to eat right at this point.
  5. i had no prblems with my first 4th fills went for the 5th one and could not do it they had to take it out. So it depends on the person.
  6. I am coming up on my year in 01-21-10 and I have lost 80lbs i want to be at 100lbs by my anniversary date...on the other hand i have benn eating like crazy and not working out like I should.. i am going to start back working out Wednesday of this week and really watch what i have been eating. I tried to get a fill in october but it did not work they had to take it out i could not swallow or eat anything the band was just to tight so i figure i will get another fill in january that should help my appettite....

  8. I was told yesterday 03-23-09 that i need to take in at least 90 grams of protein. My doctor gave alot of ways to get it all.

  12. How long has it been since your surgery? Do you or are you able to eat fast food?
  13. Weight as of 12-01-08 337lbs Day of surgery and weight/01-21-09/328lbs As of 03-11-09 I weigh 303lbs I exercise dailey I walk for 1 mile which takes 20 minutes I also lift wieghts for my arms and thighs (outter and inner) i am so excited
  14. Hello everyone I recently had lapband surgery. I was wondering how many of you drink coffee. Oh my surgery date was 01-21-09. A great success. I seem to be picking up in my appetite so I am ready for a fill.
