Hey girllie...I am ok. I wish I had more weight loss to report but I am holding steady at about 206-208 at times. this thing is hard! I workout on a regular and I do not overeat. On Sunday I am starting Dr. Ian Smith 40 day diet. I bought the book yesterday. Lets see what happens. How are you?

I am not sure if I am getting enough in. I dont keep track. I am so busy. Do you belong to a gym because I go to planet fitness. Please send me that info you were talking about. BTW- How much grams of protien should I be having? I do make sure I eat foods with protien at every meal but daily I just dont keep track of how many grams I am intaking.

I am holding steady. Hopefully from my last fill on Friday I think I hit my sweat spot. How are you?
