Well I got a fill on Friday 4-2 and I have to go back tomorrow for and unfill...this is awful. I cant eat a thing or drink -

I remember looking at your pics months ago, You have made great progress. I am like you, I thougt is was ok if I had some cookies or a brownie at night here and there but three weeks ago I realized i had to stop that. I felt like If I ate good the enitire day and did my exercise a brownie at night shouldnt hurt. Boy was I wrong! Since the change three weeks ago I am down 5lbs. I wasnt loosing at all before that. I would lose when I get more restriction but thats about it. -
