Yes.. I'm 183!! got a small fill last tuesday .2cc. NOw up to 7.7 in my 14cc band. sometimes i think too tight.. I want to go back on a cruise so bad!! I got 43 to goal, i would love to be there on one year banded may 4. but i doudt it. good to hear from you

Hello, glad you hsd s good time and made it thru ok.. How was the cruise being banded? couldnt eat alot? I know when i went on a cruise before banded, man i must of gained 10 pounds! Good luck hitting under land!!

Hi, thanks for the comment on my profile. I didn't do a pre op diet. It was all post op. I guess my issues was portion control, now since we cant eat much makes it easier for me, then just dieting. your doing great!

Yes, i get the shoulder pain too, off and on. I hate it.. my doc says its from our diaphram getting irrated and hits a nerve and cause refered shoulder pain. he told me to slow down my eating, i been eating slow, he said if it conts then he wants me to get a upper gi.. have you found any relief on it and what did your doc say about it? -

Hey, hang in there... this is time for your body to heal and you have no restriction yet, the swellon has gone down and that is why you can eat more. Try to make good food choices, this is will will power has to step for a little while, once you get a few fills is when you really start to lose the weight. At best try to maitiane where your at until the fills start coming. This is perfectly normal to gain a couple pounds before, my doc warned me about it, so I wouldn't panic. hang in there we all been where your at. huggs

HI,, I have 50 more to go,I'm 197 and want to be 140 or so. I feel good and my feet aren't achy anymore etc.. It's good to have support it really helps with everything that comes our way!

Hello, today is actually my 6th month anverssary with the band, may 4. I lost 62 so far and got about 50 more to go. I have 7.5cc in a 14cc band. I'm am so happy with the band, wouldn't gotten this off so easy with out it!! everyone is doing great, lets keep it up!!!
