With a long history of obesity and related health problems in the family, I don't want to be a ticking timebomb anylonger. I had a cousin die last month from obesity related illnesses at the young age of 41. He has 2 children that are heartbroken....with 2 children of my own, I have a lifetime of fun ahead of me if weightloss is achieved......
