Ya i just had surgery yesterday and i am in a little pain but not to much. WHen did you start drinking the protein drinks?

yes he is awesome.....he does such a great job I had a lot less pain after surgery than most people! I just follow the rules eat protein first i walk on the treadmill

I noticed you live in the denver area also. I would love to meet people that live in denver and you have had great weight loss.

Did you like dr kirkenbaush(however you spell it), I am geting banded on 1/27/10 and i am starting to get a little nervous. It looks like you have already lost 46 pounds in just a little time!!!!that great any suggestions!!
