Just Begning the Jouney. Went to my first visit with the nutrionist. Per my insurance I am required to show six months of medical weight managemnt programming. So thats what Im starting. My surgey will take place in Janauary but until then I have plenty of testing to keep me busy. Im excited. The program at Siani with Dr. Gandsas is very comrpehensive. I feel by the time my surgery takes place I will be well informed and ready to go full speed ahead.
