  1. Wow Dab you rock. I know you have got to have tons more energy.
  2. I was scheduled for 700am this morning. I sadly had to cancel due to the whole house (me included) getting some sort of stomach flu. I waiting for an email from the nurse and hoping to reschedule on March 24.
  3. Attended seminar: 12/2/08 Met w/surgeon: 12/09/08 Met w/dietician & psych: 12/12/08 Met w/psych again: 12/19/08 Insurance papework submitted: 12/29/2008 My next appointment is 1/14/09 w/psych and dietician. They psychologist has me reading a book by Abrahamson about food addiction. I am have several mini goals from the dietician. taking my lunch to work eliminating caffeinated beverages logging all of my food intake drinking my water exercising 3 times a week. I am 39, married mom of one, step mom of two and work fulltime as a claims adjuster. I have been lurking for some time.
