  1. Greetings all- I had my surgery on November 20th and am not scheduled for my first fill until 1/6/09. Can you imagine how hungry I am? I just try to exercise if it's stress hunger, and turn off the TV to read if it's suggestive food hunger. I read on another thread that some get only one fill and others as many as 6 so just hang in there until your doctor gets it right. Does anyone have any sugestions for constipation? I'm on 2 colace a day and drinking 80 oz of fluid. Does fiber stretch your pouch?
  2. Thanks Again- The only thing I added was #'s lost per week as my Dr. likes to know that to see if I need a fill. I really felt better charting this as I could see in numbers the improvement I've made. So thanks again.
  3. Thanks I just copied your spread sheet to a blank excel page and re-entered my info. Thanks for your help.:tongue_smilie:
  4. My baratric coodinator said the first 6 months you will not lose that much unless you exercise. Her theme is walk, walk and walk. I started at 50 feet three times a day and now in 2 months I'm up to 3 miles. I do 1 1/2 morning and 1 1/2 night. Maybe that will help.
  5. My Doctor's office recommended www.FitDay.com. It tracks everything, but takes a little time to set up. Enjoy, 2-Lose-Fluff
