hey there lady! girl i've been stressin on life and gaining weight...eating like i'm naturally skinny...had to get a slight unfil because i couldnt eat real food only slider foods and junk which of course made me gain...so i'm trying to get a grip and start to lose again...i feel like i have forgotten what i need to do?! how are you doing?

Hi Pam! well for me i had a goal in my head. i knew where i wanted to be and i kept telling myself that i didnt go through all of this for nothing. we all have struggles as i am having right now myself but i still keep thinking about my goal. i dont want to feel like a failure. i have not been exercising like i should either and i have hit a plateau but you cant give up. i have not given up on my band because i would not be where i am today without it. so dont get comfortable with it you have to find a way to make it work for you. stay on this site looking at before and after pics...that's one thing that ALWAYS motivates me. get your mind set that you are going to do what you know you should be doing to lose the weight.

Oh my! I certainly understand what you are going through and stress WILL keep you from losing weight. I will keep you all in my prayers. I'm doing well. Still working on my last few pounds. They are much harder than in the beginning but I will do it. I'm getting a fill on Wednesday so we'll see what happens. Take care and God Bless!

Hey Chikadee! How are you doing? How was your trip? you are looking good! Those 14's look like they getting a little big??????? :-) I finally got approved for my fills so I'm goin in on wednesday! woo-hoo! I really hope she can give me a flouro...I just want to check and make sure all is well because i'm getting up there as far as cc's go. and I dont want any issues. so we'll see what happens. I didnt realize i am getting filled before my b-day weekend so I hope i'm not too tight after cuz that would suck for me!

hey! just saw your message about the arms...i didnt do anything special. in fact i need to work on them more. they are flabby but you cant tell just by looking at them from the side...i have to hold them out like a hug and then you can see the small bat wing...lol. but they have gotten better...i sit at my desk with these 3 lb weights and do my arm exercises...that's about all i do really...oh and when i walk sometimes I walk with weights and swing my arms really high.

girl you look great! but i know how frustrating a plateau can be. it really depends on what you are doing as far as getting out of it. you need to trick your body because it has probably gotten bored so kick up the water if you are not getting enough, try to do at least one hour of cardio 4 to 5 days per week, eat more protein and veggies, minimize the snacking if you are doing that. but again it depends on what you are doing...email me and tell me what you are doing and maybe i can help a little further...
