  1. I use to use fill centers usa but they just closed down. They still have a list of fill doctors on their website though. I got to Dr. Ulmer in Annapolis. Office is located 2000 Medical Centr Pkwy, annapolis, md 21401. office num: 410-266-5667. Hope this helps.
  2. I was banded in Mexico. I get all of my fills through Fill center USA. Its www.fillcenterusa.com . They have a list of docs and clinics that will do your fill regardless of where u were banded. i have used them twice in 2 different cities and they are great. Its about $300 for the first fill and then $165 thereafter and they have flouroscopy.
  3. I am getting banded in Mexico and I live in Orlando! There is a fill center in Deland. (Fill Center USA). I made the choice to go to Mexico bc of the price. Also, $7000. My surgery is scheduled for this thursday Oct. 29. I leave for Mexico on Oct 28th. Will post afterward and let you know how it goes!
