hi randi. it's funny, my original surgery date WAS 3/23 and then the doctor changed it to 3/25. somehow important things always happen to me on the 25th of months.

how are you doing ? i have to start exercising, i've been bad about that. at my 6 week mark, i will probably join a gym so i can weight train.

hi kitty. my journey took almost a year (seminar 4/8/08, surgery 3/25/09). but it was so worth it. so hang in there, the time will fly by !!!

just checking in to see how you are doing? i know what you meant (on 3/23). a few days before my surgery, i thought to myself "wow, this is kind of drastic." but then i snapped to my senses and remembered how many years i've been dieting. and all it ever did was make me bigger. this was the right thing for me to do.

but i am so ready for mushies that it's not even funny !!!!

hi - how is day 5 going for you? this is my first day without pain meds.

hi there. hey, thanks for the tea tip on gas. it's funny cuz the first 3 days my gas was in the form of little burps. and on day 4, it moved lower. i wonder how long *this* lasts. hah

hi there fellow-3/25-er !!! i'm doing okay. today is the first day i haven't used pain meds. i'm feeling a little better each day. i am still on the crystal light + protein shakes + yogurt smoothies + SF pudding. i am anxious for mushies, but that's 9 days away LOL.

hi there. i had my surgery on wedn, got home last night around 8:30. my pain is worst in the morning, probably since the meds wear out overnight. i'm up and walking around. all in all, i have a little better every day.
