  1. I'm doing ok. (I guess). I had a bad week. I have had a head cold which was my reason for not going to the gym. My monthly cycle is here so of course I have ate bad, but I haven't gained anything so I guess i should be glad about that. I'm still at the 32 pounds down and 50 more to go.
