Can't log in to app after update
@Andrew0929 @erp Are you able to access the Settings menu of the app? Also, are you using iOS or Android, and to confirm - you're using the latest "BariatricPal" from the app store, correct? Thanks!

Suddenly getting emailed post notifications iPhone
Hi there! To stop e-mail notifications, you'll have to login to BariatricPal using a web browser and then visit the Notifications area. Once there, you can toggle e-mail for most items - to stop receiving for new posts, topics, etc. you can toggle e-mail to off for the "New content for things I follow" item. Please let us know if you have any issues, thanks!

Update broke forums
Would you mind sending a screenshot of what you're seeing? At the moment we are unable to replicate a tag after each post on the Android App. Thanks in advance!

Update broke forums
Thanks for the response and image! Would you mind going into the app settings and deleting cache to see if that resolves the issue? Thanks so much for your patience!

Error code exo on photos
@Tufflaw Is there a box beneath the Contact Us link that gives you a bunch of funky looking error information by any chance?

Can you please send me a screenshot and/or URL's of the errors your receiving?

Update broke forums
We have identified the issue that is causing the truncated post content and are working on a fix ASAP. @savyourdvine1 Which issue are you running into that's preventing you from posting? @kimberb Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you please point me to a topic in which you see HTML tags? Thanks!

Can't edit stats
We've added a "My Surgery" link to the User drop down now. Hopefully that will help other users find it easier :-)

Error code exo on photos
@Travelher @NineMile The EXO error should now be resolved! Please let me know if it continues.

Can't edit stats
Hey all! It seems that once everyone finds it, they have no problem updating their info, is that correct? If that's the case, we'll look into adding an additional link to it. Where was the first place you all looked for/expected to see the My Surgery link? Thanks!

BMI ticker isn't working
Hi there! Where are you going to edit your BMI tickers' weight information? If you could provide a link that'd be fantastic. Thanks for the report!
-
Error code exo on photos
@Travelher If possible can you send me the exact link to any image you're getting that error message for? Would really help in diagnosing the issue and resolving it ASAP. @NineMile Thanks for the screenshot, as part of the upgrade, all posts are being rebuilt. I believe once that has completed, those tags will display the image as expected. In any event, we're keeping a very close eye on these items! Thanks for letting us know of the issues you're experiencing, it's very helpful!

Editing my signature
Hi there, I've updated your ticker for you. This is somewhat of a bug, but here is a quick workaround for you if you plan to change your signature again: Step 1) remove the ticker from your signature Step 2) adjust your signature text content and save Step 3) go to your tickers and click Add to Signature on your desired ticker I know it's a bit of a pain in the butt, but it works! We'll have this resolved in the next few weeks so you don't have to worry about the extra steps :-)

How do I edit my profile
Hey all - can you confirm that you're all still getting the error when trying to edit your profile? Also, if you don't mind can you let me know your City/State (via PM is fine if you don't want it being posted publicly). Thanks!

Email Notifications stopped again!
@@proudgrammy E-mails sent to you are actually be accepted by your mail provider/ISP - rather then being bounced back. Can you check your Spam/Junk folder?
-
Email Notifications stopped again!
@@OzRoo Hi there! I've found that your ISP is bouncing the messages we're sending, though the content of the e-mails have not been changed. The message being returned by your ISP is "Suspected spam message rejected. IB704" and we have no additional information. Does your ISP (perhaps in their webmail portal) have an area for you to whitelist addresses? I so, you might want to try that prior to having to contact their support department. I'll also send their postmaster an e-mail, but they're generally hard to reach or fully automated and...rather ineffective at times.

Something wrong with the notifications box
I believe this should be resolved for you now - please check when you have a moment and let me know :-)

No email notifications?
@@kmorri Nice catch I made that change as part of diagnosing the issue here. I've reverted back to no-reply now. Can those of you who had stopped receiving e-mails let me know if you're getting them now? If so, let me know if they go straight to your inbox or if they are going to a spam/junk folder. Thanks!

No email notifications?
Hey Tom, The other member is not a TW/RR subscriber, though I suspect the issue to be the same. You can also check the preferences for your email account at TW to see if there is an option that automatically deletes suspect spam rather than moving it to the spam folder, which is the issue the other member is experiencing - I believe. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

No email notifications?
@@kmorri It appears you are correct - your provider is deleting the e-mail before it even gets to your inbox, and not placing it in Spam either. We're working on figuring out why at the moment. @@proudgrammy It would appear that your provider may be doing the same thing, if the e-mails are not appearing in your spam folder(s). Can you please send them a support request and let them know that you're not receiving legitimate e-mails that you expect to receive?
