Bariatric journey Multiple procedures Since 2012 Considering options

Everything posted by Ken S.

  1. @Andrea F This issue should be resolved for you! :-) @MowryRocks Not sure that this fix would resolve your issue, but you're welcome to try :-)
  2. Are you having this issue consistently or only sometimes? Can you post a screenshot as well, if you don't mind? Thanks!
  3. If you could send that URL as well, that would be great! Based on the information so far, it would seem that your ISP is having some DNS issues unrelated to BariatricPal.
  4. Hmm. That's quite strange. That URL is generated by AOL it seems. Do you get that error consistently? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. @Cassie111 Also, if possible - a screenshot would also be very helpful :-) Thanks again.
  6. Hi there! Can you send me the URL that you're redirected to that says "this page does not exist" please? We'll do our best to figure this out ASAP.
  7. @ReneK @biginjapan Your BMI tickers should work properly now! Thanks again for letting us know.
  8. Aha. Thank you very much! You should have no issues moving forward, but we'll get this taken care of for incoming new members ASAP. Thanks again!
  9. Hmm. Was it only an issue during signup? In other words, was during signup the only other time you entered your profile information besides just now, when it worked?
  10. Aha - interesting indeed. A few more questions. 1) Are you using the app, or the website for those updates? I'm assuming the website, but just need to be sure. 2) Are you entering all of the required fields? (Gender, State, City) 3) When you click save, what then happens?
  11. I see some of your information, such as Location, Surgery, Height, Starting Weight and Goal Weight. Can you let me know some of the other items you're attempting to update that aren't updating as you'd expect? Thanks again! We'll make sure to get it resolved for you.
  12. Hi @MollieVSGHopeful - thanks for the report! Are you receiving an error when you attempt to update your information, or is it simply not retaining the information you input?
  13. Hi there - just wanted to give you all an update. We're working on this and should have it resolved soon!
  14. Hi there, do you see My Surgery under the patients menu? If not, we may have a bug somewhere. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. They're back :-)
  16. Hi there! Unfortunately there's no way to fully delete notifications, however once you've read your notifications, the numerical unread indicator will disappear.
  17. Sure - just disable the "Email" options in the Notifications settings on the website. Then, in the App, make sure to leave your Push Notifications enabled :-)
  18. Hi there. I just checked your notifications and it appears that nearly all of them are checked to receive an e-mail notification. In Notification Settings, scroll down a bit and you'll see all of the toggle buttons that are green in the Email column - that means notifications will be sent for those items when new content is posted. Please let me know if you find that area and are able to adjust your settings.
  19. Hi there! What is the error you're receiving when attempting to change your surgery date?
  20. We've come to the conclusion that you'll need to delete the BaritricPal App and then reinstall it from the App Store. Once you done that, you should be able to login as normal. Please let us know and thanks for your patience! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. @retrochild67 Thank you very much for letting us know about this! You should now be able to access the Ticker item in the Create+ menu at this time. If you have any further issues with this, or anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know.
  22. Hi there! Thanks for pointing this out, and I do believe it was an oversight. I've gone ahead and added it to the Forums Drop-Down Menu :-)
  23. @doxaholic Is this still an issue for you? It should take you to the last unread post, generally speaking.
  24. Hey All - thanks for pointing this out! That was an oversight to a previously unused setting and limited to App users. Good news is, if you close the app completely and reopen it, you should not see the Signature setting :-) Please let us know if you have any issues and thanks for pointing that out!
  25. @erp We'll try to assist with this in the other topic you created. For all others talking about Notifications: To stop e-mail notifications, you'll have to login to BariatricPal using a web browser and then visit the Notifications area. Once there, you can toggle e-mail for most items - to stop receiving for new posts, topics, etc. you can toggle e-mail to off for the "New content for things I follow" item. If you do that, you'll still be able to follow topics, etc. - but you won't receive the E-Mail Notifications :-)
