  1. Hi All! If you're still getting ads on the mobile app after signing up for VIP, please log out of the app and then log back in. You should not be seeing ANY ads on the mobile app once doing this.
  2. If you're referring to the site literally refreshing out of the blue, with a little notice at the top of the screen - then this is iPad and iPhone specific. I've got 2 questions to help us make sure we're all talking about the same issue. 1) Does the site refresh out of the blue, with a little notice at the top of the page saying there was a problem with the page? 2) What version of iOS are you using and what browser are you using? Thanks!
  3. @@stephh We're looking into this now, what did you use to post the original topic? Was it the App, the Website, or the Mobile Website? Thanks!
  4. Thanks for the update! Happy to hear that the issue is resolved!
  5. Hey Everyone! The issue that the majority of you are reporting can be attributed to an iOS 8.x bug. While it appears to be intermittent for some and constant for others, we believe it to be the same bug. I believe the bug affects most browsers on iOS 8.x and not just Safari. Those of you using iPad's and iPhone's that are exhibiting the issue ("A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded") may want to try upgrading to iOS 8.3 which was just released on Wednesday. If you don't mind, please do update all of us as to whether or not you are still experiencing the issue, or if it appears to be resolved or improved. One of our users who was experiencing this issue every couple of minutes has already upgraded to iOS 8.3 and has not had the issue since upgrading. Thanks everyone!
  6. When did you both start noticing this issue? What OS and Browser Version are you using?
  7. When you're on the page viewing your pictures upside down, try pressing Command R to see if they refresh for you.
  8. @@VerucaSweet those are all orientated properly on the server-side. Are you using a Mac or PC, and which Browser are using? Also, do you know if you're using a web accelerator plugin?
  9. @@VerucaSweet In reviewing your gallery, it appears that all of your photos are orientated properly. Which photos are you having issues rotating?
  10. @@Flygirl123 Do you know what specific version iPad you're using, as well as what version of iOS you're running? We'll do our best to help figure this out for you. Also, what exactly is happening when you open the app? You can browse the forums just fine, but once you get to a topic, what exactly happens? Thanks!
  11. @@proudgrammy Our mail servers are absolutely handing off messages to the mail servers responsible for the e-mail address that you have registered with us. Your mail server is responding with a 250 2.0.0 OK status message, meaning that the message was accepted by the SMTP server and queued for delivery. Nothing at all was changed on your end during the evening of December 28th?
  12. Thanks for pointing this out! We've resolved this issue...please let us know if you're able to post normally now, or if you are still having an issue. Thanks again!
  13. It should already be available. Sometimes you have to search for and view the app in the Apple App Store before you'll see the update option.
  14. Howdy ya'll! We've released an update that addresses this issue. If you haven't yet, be sure to update the BariatricPal app via the App Store! Thanks for the reports and patience while we worked on resolving this!
  15. @@Kindle Yes, but you can see if the avatars are fixed while logged out - and then log back in to reply
  16. @@Kindle Thanks for the reply :-) I'll be looking into this further and once I apply some changes, I'll update the thread here for additional feedback. One additional thing - I'm assuming you're logged in when this is happening, correct? If so, can you please attempt to logout to see if the issue remains while NOT logged in?
  17. Hey everyone, Can you all please confirm that this ONLY happens when using a mobile device (your phone or iPad) while viewing the site through the browser (not in the app)?
  18. @@Kitt3000 Were you using a kindle as well when you saw this happen, by any chance?
  19. This issue has now been resolved. Please let me know if you have any problems. Thanks!
  20. Correct, during testing. Are you able to add me, or are you getting an error?
  21. Which button are you guys pressing to add a friend? (Where is the button?) I've tested and am unable to reproduce this so far.
  22. What type of problems are you having currently? What device / OS are you running?
  23. @@jessiquoi You can slide out a menu from the left side of the screen. The menu is accessible on nearly all screens throughout the application. The only 2 places that it is not accessible is while reading an actual topic, or while composing a post/reply or topic.
  24. @@jessiquoi Can you confirm that the app you're using now is actually the upgraded version? It looks much different than previously, correct?
