I'm new and trying to fill out my full profile and the information I input isn't saving.

Hi @MollieVSGHopeful - thanks for the report! Are you receiving an error when you attempt to update your information, or is it simply not retaining the information you input?

Hi Ken, It's not retaining the saved information.

I see some of your information, such as Location, Surgery, Height, Starting Weight and Goal Weight. Can you let me know some of the other items you're attempting to update that aren't updating as you'd expect?

I put in my birthdate, hobbies, etc. and press save and it doesn't save. I go back in and it's blank again.

Aha - interesting indeed. A few more questions.

1) Are you using the app, or the website for those updates? I'm assuming the website, but just need to be sure.

2) Are you entering all of the required fields? (Gender, State, City)

3) When you click save, what then happens?

1) Website

2) Yes

3) Click save, screen refreshes everything is still there, so I close out and then the information doesn't remain or update to profile.

It's fixed . .. I'm not sure what happened but it's working now.

Hmm. Was it only an issue during signup? In other words, was during signup the only other time you entered your profile information besides just now, when it worked?
