Hey Laurend...
Hey, nothing says you have to send samples in return. I mean, I have more than enough at the moment, so I definitely don't need any more. If you'd like to try the chocolate/pb, though, just PM me your address and I'll get a sample or two out to you ASAP.

I hate it when people post just to post.....
I think I'll keep posting and posting and posting about the people that I've put on block. Nope, I'm not obsessed or deranged, not at all. Riiiiiight.

Now that's adorable. I HAVE seen frou-frou-ier, though, so that one doesn't even come close to what I was imagining.

Hey Laurend...
Just ask! :waytogo: It's gotten to be a bit of a network thing, honestly. :biggrin1: WASa sent me samples of her protein, so I sent her some when I found a few that I really liked. Then I wanted to spread the joy that is Whey Gourmet Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder (by far the best I've tried), so I've sent samples to several more people that were interested in it and they've sent me samples of other stuff in return. It's pretty cool. We all get to try the stuff without spending a bundle before we know if we like it. You get to figure out what's yummy and what's....well, not so yummy, to put it kindly.

Hell, whomever took yours stole mine, too. I felt SO guilty this past weekend, because I felt like I did nothing but binge. The only thing that made me feel better was that the binge (at least the one on Thursday night) was a grande vanilla latte with whipped cream and 1/2 of a hamburger, instead of the latte, an entire hamburger, soda, and fries.

I just noticed that as well! You're doing great! :biggrin1:

Hey, I can identify. I have a cat named Mouse (and one named Minnie that looks exactly like him). And if I ever get a Great Dane, I plan on considering Miss Kitty as a name.

Hey Laurend...
Hah! :bounce:If it makes you feel better, I knew I was supposed to be getting some samples, but I didn't remember who was sending them (I had sent samples to several other people around the same time I sent yours). I just thought they'd gotten lost in the mail, but I didn't know who to PM about it. :faint:

That's wonderful! Thanks, Nina! Sorry I'm replying to this a few days after the fact. I was away from internet for a couple of days and LBT was down yesterday when I got back. Thanks for going to the trouble of asking your friend for me!

I was going to make a post about massive peni and oral sex, but I can't quite figure out a way to do it without being completely crass. (Referencing a post in Talk Lounge, btw, just so that you don't think I'm a complete perv. :faint:)

Yep, that's me! It's so bad that I have to shave daily, or else I have a 5 o'clock shadow, lol!

My god, stop bragging by actually daring to post your before/after picture! How dare you, showing that you're proud of what you've done! You must never talk about losing weight, even though you are on a weight loss board!

Should I have to
Oh, for Christ's sake. Stop being passive aggressive! "Other people say" is just a BS way of not taking taking responsibility for your own opinions. If they had any balls at all, they'd post in the threads, not gossip in PMs. I would imagine that Chickie took offense to your posts because you kept quoting her and and then basically bashing her size. It isn't that hard to figure out. And yes, even a fat chick can tell when someone is bashing another person for being successful at weight loss. It's obvious jealousy, plain and simple. For the record, I've never posted in Chickie's blog. I'm not a "follower" of hers, but I do think she and Jachut both can teach us something about being successful at the journey we're all on. And yes, I'd be just as pissed as Chickie, if I was a success at losing my excess "baggage," so to speak, and then have people attacking me for being successful. What, successes aren't supposed to actually admit they are successes? They're supposed to just fade into the background? Bull.

I have no doubt. I REALLY want to do this, but it might have to wait a while, since I'm still paying off my surgery and I am making VERY little as a grad student.:cry

Ah! Stop talking! You're making me have second thoughts about it! :kiss

Should I have to
To add to my last post.... It's almost like some people want others in their situation to be successful, but not too successful. In their view, any acknowledgement (whether it's verbal, written, or shown in pictures) that you've succeeded is simply throwing it in the faces of the people who either didn't do so well or do it so quickly. It's showboating, to them. Hell, I've run into it here, although not in terms of weight-loss, admittedly. I just try to remember that I'm not the one that they're really mad at, I'm just an easy target for them to take their anger out on.

Should I have to
Yes, definitely! You are amazing, Chickie, and everyone here should be using your success as an example of what they can do if they work hard, not trying to tear you down to make themselves feel better.

Ouch. To both the price and the pain. :omg:

To add to the above post: If the cost isn't TOO bad, I might see about getting my acne taken care of, too. I've always had bad acne, even now (I'm 24), and I've got quite a bit of scarring.

What kind of cost am I looking at?

AWESOME! I'll have to save up (banding has made me close to broke), but I'll DEFINITELY look into that place! You are so great, Susan! :high5:

I dunno. I'm willing to go stubbly, since I usually have lot of stubble with just a day or two's growth. I just hated the thought of having really OBVIOUS hair growth there. And I'm lucky enough (not!) to have very pale skin and extremely dark hair.

Boat Names
You could change it around, do Charlie Rose or Rosie Charles. You'll have to post a pic of the new boat when you get it!
