  3. I’m having RNY (sleeve to bypass) this Friday.. I’ve also been having similar issues (GERD.. reflux.. Barrett’s esophagus) I was originally sleeved back in September of 2015 (SW was 270 LW was 140). Since that I’ve had children plus life has happened, so my surgeon recommended bypass due to weight regain and the mentioned issues. I’m hoping he’ll be able to fix my hiatal hernia and clear me of any old scar tissue while I’m under during surgery. Reading these comments gives me hope because I’m such a nervous wreck.
  4. I had the sleeve done almost 10yrs ago and I’ll be getting bypass 09/05/2025. I have a hiatal hernia to
  5. Personally, it was severe reflux/GERD.. and also I developed Barrett’s esophagus from that and some weight regain.. so my surgeon suggested bypass vs the other procedures since I was sleeved already (10yrs ago as of 09/04/25)
