  1. I am on full diet now. Just can’t tolerate condiments. Ketchup and mayo make me feel ill. My surgery was December 3rd. I got to go to full diet as tolerated on January 1st. I’ll be honest. There isn’t a whole lot I tolerate well yet. lol
  2. I grieve condiments - ALOT. I miss mayo and ketchup on everything. Sounds silly, but I never realized how much I liked condiments.

  4. I am so glad that you wrote this post!!!! I also have not suddenly become a healthy food lover. I find it so frustrating to read all the rainbow and sunshine posts. It’s not like that for all of us. Some of us have to just gut it out with willpower and intention. Thank you for saying how it really is for some of us!!!
