Hell Michelle, I must say that Im so nervous to. My srugery is on the 14th and I can't wait. All I can think about is being able to shop in a regular store and walk out with more then just socks, lol

Like what? Food. This diet is something by it's self. Just trying to keep up with my proteins and make sure I eat alot of green veggies. I also found out that I could eat Pork Skins, (if you like them), they have No Carb, No Fat and 9g proteins.

Sorry to hear that you are in pain. I hear that alot of people have that pain as well. Since I haven't had surgery yet, I don't know if it's ture. If you read some here you will see that people say the same thing, it will go away about 2 weeks after.

Good luck Salome!!!! My surgery is on Oct 14. Right now I'm doing fine, but I think I will have butterflies the day before and of. But, I waited this long and I'm not turning back.

Hey everyone. My date is set for Oct 14 at 7am. When I got the call I started to cry while on the phone and at work. My co-works looked at me like I was crazy but I was really happy. This has been a long time coming. I hope everyone has a safe procedure and I will be praying for each and everyone of you. :confused::smile:

Way to go. I just got approved to and my friends are the same way. Asking me if I really want to do this and why didn't I just work out. Like I told them as long as I have my mother on my side that's all that matter to me. I will be getting banded on Oct.14. When is your banded date?
