Hell Michelle, I must say that Im so nervous to. My srugery is on the 14th and I can't wait. All I can think about is being able to shop in a regular store and walk out with more then just socks, lol

Like what? Food. This diet is something by it's self. Just trying to keep up with my proteins and make sure I eat alot of green veggies. I also found out that I could eat Pork Skins, (if you like them), they have No Carb, No Fat and 9g proteins.

Sorry to hear that you are in pain. I hear that alot of people have that pain as well. Since I haven't had surgery yet, I don't know if it's ture. If you read some here you will see that people say the same thing, it will go away about 2 weeks after.

Good luck Salome!!!! My surgery is on Oct 14. Right now I'm doing fine, but I think I will have butterflies the day before and of. But, I waited this long and I'm not turning back.
