I decided to do the lapband because it has less complications. I also love the idea of not having my major organs cut. I need to lose about 110lbs and Ive read lots of stories on here of people who have lost that and more, so I am confident that if I put in the effort I can do it too. Hello JoJo. I dont have any advice as I am in the beginning stages myself. You will find lots of great info in the threads. So, welcome and goodluck on your journey to lapband.

I am going through BMC. My husband is having it too, so no problems there for me. He should have his lapband placed in Nov. or Dec.

I had my first consult with him on Oct. 2nd. I absolutely loved him, he was wonderful. I really liked Nurse Coordinater Tony as well. I am scheduled for my testing on Oct. 20th. Whens your next appt?

No, Im not banded. I have my first consultation with the surgeon on Oct. 1st. I researched for a couple years, this site has alot of valuable info.
