  1. Well said. I agree that they do not see a living/whole person as they see a developing fetus...hell with our lives...hell with our bodies, our health, or physical and mental well being...you must carry this fetus for "just" 9 months...what if that 9 months kills the woman...who cares if the baby is okay right?!
  2. So if we make abortions illegal then we will also have to do so with the majority of birth controls....that seems like a horrible idea!!!
  3. Okay I guess in my world calling someone a murderer is trashing them...? Just my opinion though!
  4. It said that he was a sinner at conception so when you say do not kill the innocent who would you be talking about...there are no innocents according to that passage. I am posting those scriptures because they contradict some of the things you have writen...some of the things that you preach to be the word of God
  5. For the proud shall be humbled, but the humble shall be honored." (TLB, Luke 18:9-14) "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. (NIV, Matthew 7:1-2) As Christians, we need to remember that we are all sinners in God's eyes (Romans 3:23), and that God loves all His children, even those who believe differently than we do (Matthew 5:43-48). We cannot afford to let our strong feelings on abortion issues blind us to Jesus' commandment to "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:36-39). (Quoted from What does the Bible say about abortion?) "Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me." --Psalm 51:5 (How can you be innocent with sin?) What Does the Bible Say About Abortion? Nothing - Associated Content The pro-life position is really a pro-fetus position, and the pro-choice position is really pro-woman. Those who take the pro-fetus position define the woman in relation to the fetus. They assert the rights of the fetus over the right of the woman to be a moral agent or decision maker with respect to her life, health, and family security. (quoted from: RCRC - Protestant)
  6. There is no proof that God does not approve of abortions! Wow....just a flood of supporters and not one can speak up for their beliefs...I find that hard to believe. So you all can protest outside of Planed Parenthoods, but you can't post on an internet thread...you can vote against it and trash people that have it done, but you can't stand up?
  7. You can't just pick and choose because you don't like what your Bible has said. The qouted scripture! How can you say they're twisting things and saying what they want to be said...the quotes are coming from YOUR GOD"S BIBLE!!!!!! I'm pretty sure if you follow the Bible you should follow ALL of it and not just pick and choose what you like and what you think God wants....
  8. You know what you are out of control! You are attacking people now!!! This is about discussing abortion...if you want to know which "God" someone believes in pm them don't sit here and call them out like you're Jesus' second coming!
  9. What Does The Bible Say About Abortion? "Out of more than 600 laws of Moses, none comments on abortion. One Mosaic law about miscarriage specifically contradicts the claim that the bible is antiabortion, clearly stating that miscarriage does not involve the death of a human being. If a woman has a miscarriage as the result of a fight, the man who caused it should be fined. If the woman dies, however, the culprit must be killed." "According to the bible, life begins at birth--when a baby draws its first breath. The bible defines life as "breath" in several significant passages, including the story of Adam's creation in Genesis 2:7, when God "breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Jewish law traditionally considers that personhood begins at birth." "Many antiabortionists quote the sixth commandment, "Thou shalt not kill" (Ex. 20:13) as evidence that the bible is antiabortion. They fail to investigate the bible's definition of life (breath) or its deafening silence on abortion. Moreover, the Mosaic law in Exodus 21:22-25, directly following the Ten Commandments, makes it clear that an embryo or fetus is not a human being. An honest reader must admit that the bible contradicts itself. "Thou shalt not kill" did not apply to many living, breathing human beings, including children, who are routinely massacred in the bible. The Mosaic law orders "Thou shalt kill" people for committing such "crimes" as cursing one's father or mother (Ex. 21:17), for being a "stubborn son" (Deut. 21:18-21), for being a homosexual (Lev. 20:13), or even for picking up sticks on the Sabbath (Numbers 15:32-35)! Far from protecting the sanctity of life, the bible promotes capital punishment for conduct which no civilized person or nation would regard as criminal." "The bible is not pro-child. Why did God set a bear upon 42 children just for teasing a prophet (2 Kings 2:23-24)? Far from demonstrating a "pro-life" attitude, the bible decimates innocent babies and pregnant women in passage after gory passage, starting with the flood and the wanton destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, progressing to the murder of the firstborn child of every household in Egypt (Ex. 12:29), and the New Testament threats of annihilation." SO SAYS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR!!!
  10. Thank you very much BJean. and BTW Patty it is I that doesn't believe in your God/Jesus/lord...
  11. She doesn't NEED to do any of that...you just WANT her to!!!!!!! Well you "know" me and I have never had any of those about my aboriton! EVER!!!
  12. That is it...I am out of here! Patty congrats you can stand on your little high horse all you want! I am done...you make people feel like shit and you should be ashamed of the way you have treated some of us...not only me! At least Gadget has a brain to be polite to people that are having a hard time...It has been nice standing aside you BJean and everyone else and it has been great discussing things with you Gadget!
  13. all I have heard you talk about is oh poor fetus oh oh...what about the little girl...? the woman? And as far as you being cruel...go back to some of you posts...you have been very cruel to people on here, including myself...I have tried to be nothing but polite...I have had my moments, but I have tried to keep it together.
  14. They will be hated because of the way they take their stand...the way they push it on other people instead of it being friendly it's...do this or burn in hell...blah blah blah
  15. Thank you so much. I am sure that it is for the best...he was in a lot of pain
  16. I am not cruel because I am thinking about the young girl...the one that has a life, friends, emotions, and a unwanted changing body...what about her health? THE FETUS HAS NO EMOTIONS!!! You are going to ruin a little girls life for a fetus that could grow up to be a rapist? You are cruel because you do not take the little girls life into consideration...all you think about is the growing fetus!!!! I am far from cruel thank you very much!!!
  17. Tell that speach to a 13/14 year old victim of rape on incest! You are cruel...you may think it's okay to ruin a little girls life, but I do not!
  18. I agree...I also have no idea what the organ thing is lol... also just so you all know...My mom called and my uncle passed away Wednesday
  19. The pregnancy could cause death for the mother. I almost died giving birth to my son! Do you really think all pregnancies and births are a walk in the park? No complications! And with masturbation I would think god would be against it...most of the time you are looking at porn or having impure thoughts...that sounds like the makings of a sin to me. Why do you have so much passion for an unborn baby, but not so much for a pregnant child? To me the life of a living breathing born child is more important than the life of a developing fetus...
  20. They said that the Army is "over strengthed" so they would rather pay a new enlisting soldier than one that is trained! Thankfully most of our sons medical is paid for by the army's medical insuarance!!! We would be so screwed if we didn't have that...maybe that is why some lean toward abortion instead of adoption...carrying a baby costs money!!!
  21. My weekend was okay...lots of good things, but a lot of bad too. Still dealing with the emotions from my miscarraige. My dad's dad had 2 strokes while we were there and my uncle's virtebrate in his neck ruptured and now they're just doping him up on morphine and waiting for his body to shut down. My grandfather is refusing to see a doctor for his strokes and the weekend just went by too fast. They have also decided to not give my husband a reenlistment bonus...which we were counting on...just a bunch of crap!
  22. Hell my first pregnancy didn't even last the full 9 months and it was full of things I had never had to face before! Not all pregnancies are perfect or even near perfect and not all babies are born perfect and healthy. My son is 2 and has more than 4 million dollars worth of medical bills!!!
  23. Beautifully said as usual  Thank you...I was feelin alone again
  24. You think that it would only affect her life for the 9 months? What about her body, her hormones, her mentality? I would think that God would be opposed to a man touching a penis for pleasure whether it's his own or another mans...?
  25. Are the pregnant women's lives not affected...? Would you like adultry illegal? porn? masterbation? how about treating someone in a way that you wouldn't want to be treated...? Those are sins, but should they be laws? No
