  6. Yes I had a breakdown moment 2 days after my surgery and I think it's normal cause ur having all this weird emotions going in at the moment.. don't feel weird it happens
  7. I found another app call lose it and they don't charge u and u could actually scan ur food and all that good stuff it gives u a little more stuff than fitness pal

  9. Herbs teas help alot with that .. and try when u drink water to do it while ur standing up it help me alot
