This may sound silliy but does cyrstal ligh con in a can? My amily and I collect alluimium cans to save money or trips and to recycle...I don't wanna stop that if I can. Or any other drinks that are not soda con in cans?

My BMI is 44.4 % how do u find bmi? i am 5 foot 4 and weigh 258

I weigh 258 and my ideal body weight is 131? So how do I figure out the percentage?

I too have Tri Care and I go to my PCM on Thursday of next week to get a refural or a surgeon.. I then have a class on Tuesday the 26th.. I hope tri care is fast:unsure:...

Do all the doctors in this group require a 6 month diet beore they will see you? Or does it depend on the insurance that you have as to what the doctors do or don't do?:crying:

Thanks... I am hoping it won't take that long...My 1st Doctor visit is Thursday the 21st to get a letter of medical ness for my insurance company. Then I go to a information session on the 26th of AUG. Which is required as well. I want this to not take too long casue I want and need this surgery.:crying:

How long did it take you from your 1st Doctors visit untill you got your surgery? How long did it take for your insurance to approve the surgery? Or did you pay for it your self? How long does the surgery itself last? Did you stay over night in the hospital?:crying:
