  4. Omg that is so weird! I'm from Davenport, IA and just moved to Des Moines about 4 yrs ago! I saw your pics and I'm like wait a minute...I know that bridge?? How funny! You look awsome!! I can't beleive you lost so much so fast! How did you do it?

    Common Problem Foods

    I must say I have tried all of these foods and I can eat them all except I choose to stay away from anything greasy or fried. It is all in the person.

  11. Thank you for your comment. I work out a lot! I do 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmil a day which normally is around 3 miles a day. Then I do 50 min of circuit training with weights to tone up my muscles. As far as eating I will just tell you what I had for today

    B-light yogurt 6 oz

    L-Whole grain pita with 1 tsp mustard turkey and tomato

    D- Grilled chicken, cabbage, strawberries

    I do not eat any fried foods, mayo, or fatty dressings. and the only thing that I drink is water and skim milk for my protein.

    I do still do my protein drinks. I have never been taken off of them. The doctor actually up my dose from 2 scoops to 3 scoops. How is your journey going? You are looking good! Keep up the good work!

  12. Hi I am sorry for responding to your question so late. With all the exersize it is hard to find time to get on here. But anyway losing 130 lbs is never easy but I dedicated one year of my life to exersize everyday and eat the right things. I won't eat mayo, fried foods, or fat dressings. I only drink water and skim milk. My surgeon told me that I would be lucky to lose 100 lbs. As of right now I have lost 147 so I guess I showed him. They call me their poster child which really makes me feel good. Believe in yourself and never give up and you will get what you want out of this whole process. Even if you just walk everyday it is better than sitting on the couch eating Dibs ice cream watching TV. Good luck to you! Keep me posted on your progress :)

  13. congratulations! you are looking fabulous!!! Do you exercise a lot? Are you still drinking protein shakes? what are your meals like? sorry for all the questions but you are doing a great job! You will make it to your goal in no time.
