  2. I am at 35 weeks weight loss from September surgery sometimes it times to change things up to see results. Focus on protein intake or exercise.
  3. Taking the sips of water is also not helping me with the water intake. I am used to guzzling down a bottle of water. But it take times to get used to it.
  4. I am having the same issues with constipation and the bloating. I have also been drinking Miralax and trying to stay on task with the liquid intake. Also being doing a lot of walking on the treadmill to see if it helps.
