Hey! I have lost 29 pounds and yesterday had been a month sence i was banded. I have NO regrets at all. I would do it over a 100 times! I never thought it would be this easy.

Hey how are you? Congrad at your weight loss? Thats just awesome to see people who have lost. If you dont mind me asking how have you lost that much in a years time? I have around 200 I need to lose as well just wanted some advice?

Hey I went and seen Dr Balder on Wed. he is just great. Kinda cute to lol I told him I hate met one of his patients on here he thought that was great! I had my blood work done yesterday and should be getting my surgery date next week when my results come back. So where in Myrtle Beach are you from?
