Hey I had my surgery I am doing great!!! I've have very little pain its accually pretty much more or less being sore where my port is. I would do it again in a minute.

BUT cant wait to have my surgery! How much are you looking to lose? I think I am planning on loseing around 180

Hello everyone, I am awaiting my schedule date which I should get this week as soon as my blood results come back! I am more then excited and cant wait. It just cant come quick enough. I have to do the 5 day prediet before my surgery of nothing but liquids. So I got some samples of protein shakes from my doctors office last week and just now got the nerve to try one. I tryed the Nectar Apple Ecstasy and believe it or not it didnt make me feel like I was going to puke it back up.(sorry I know its graphic) But after years of drinking things to lose weight just brings back many bad thoughts. So just wanted to share my experience with everyone because I truly know how hard it is to find a protien shake that you enjoy. They are very very good books the kind that you laugh out loud to your self and everyone else in the room looks at you like you have lost it lol. Just wanted to say HI, I know its a late response, but you are the first person after searching threw pages and pages that was going to Dr Balder. I am going to him now and hope to be banded the second week of July. How has your experience been?
